Situated minutes from the Mass Pike, and within walking distance to key Boston hotels, you’ll have easy access to everything Boston has to offer, including the generous Massachusetts Film Tax Credit. Boston Common Space helps producers get more from their offices.

We have a mix of private offices and four-wall edit suites. We offer rental packages that fit the size of your production: rent an individual office, a three-office zone, or the entire 9-room space. You’ll also have access to a color suite for dailies, a screening room, and a 20’ x 20’ hard cyc soundstage. Everything you need, from start to Finish!
